Vendor Spaces Available at the door Saturday Sept. 30 starting 5:30am

(Reserved Vendor Deadline Ended 9/22/2023)



Returning Vendors: The deadline to pay for and keep last year's space(s) was August 15.


Swap Vendor Spaces are approximately 22’ wide x 17’ deep. All vehicles are required to have at least 1 space.  Trailers are counted as at least 1 additional vehicle. Any vehicle or vehicle/trailer combination over 22 feet long must purchase an additional space. All vendor vehicles are required to park in the vendor space.  There is no dropping off of parts, or trailers and pulling vehicle out.

Pre-Reserved spaces are $85 each.  Reserved payments must be received by the September 22, 2023 5 pm deadline, no exceptions. Non-Reserved spaces are $100 each at the gate and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.


Non-Reserved spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. The combined length of your vehicle(s) MUST be 22' or less and fit in the allotted space or additional space must be purchased. No dropping off parts and leaving. 


Reserved Vendor move-in is from 5:30 am to 7:30 am. Non-Reserved/Day-of event vendor move-in from 5:30 am to 9:00 am. Do not line up early or the cops will chase you off and we will not be welcomed back. Spaces are limited so Pre-Registration is Encouraged!

All Vendors enter off Manhattan Beach Blvd.

Sorry, no overnight parking.  Please be quiet as a courtesy to the neighborhood. 

DO NOT LINE UP BEFORE 5:00 am Saturday Morning!
